CADREX DR 220 SC is a straight, chlorine-free oil for deep drawing, bending, reshaping and fine cutting on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, under severe conditions.

CADREX DR 220 SC meets the requirements set out in the specifications for the Motor Vehicle industry and does not yellow under an HPRL lamp.

CADREX DR 220 SC has passed multi-friction cycle, washable tests and protection tests concerning RENAULT applications for all processes.

If it is not rinsed off, CADREX DR 220 SC provides temporary protection from all subsequent corrosion, for treated metals. For all parts arriving on assembly lines or elements used to make sub-assemblies (sheet steel, bare or coated beforehand with zinc or zinc alloys, sheet aluminium, etc.).

Approved by RENAULT, CADREX DR 220 SC can be recommended for all subcontractors working for the motor vehicle industry.

For operations under fairly difficult to difficult conditions, use our CADREX DR 40 SC and CADREX DR 100 SC products respectively.
